About Me

I am a guy based in Vienna, Austria. I started creating stuff in the Godot engine pretty precisely 10 years ago. Finally, I have the skills, time, and tools* to actually release some games. While my dream is to release a fully fledged game one day, mobile games are the perfect starting point to learn game design and successfully launch them.

Learning the whole App Store/Play Store pipeline is such a long and infuriating process, but a great start into the backend side of things before continuing with a large-scale video game. I try to turn simple ideas into crisp mechanics and highly satisfying core loops.

From rapid prototyping and precise level design to managing the full App Store Connect pipeline, I handle the complete lifecycle of bringing a game from a single mechanic idea to a polished release.

*A note on AI

At the word "tools" I can already hear people scream "AI!!!". Yes, I do use AI. But I plan, design, and code the prototype myself. I don't create any assets, and I don't create any art or music with AI. I'm grateful for the work of great designers (mostly Kenney.nl, thanks! Support them!).

I do use AI for checking redundancy in my code, reducing game size, helping with level creation algorithm and math in general, AdMob code, and stuff like that, which I just can't do myself. I respect all solo developers greatly who go through this stuff by themselves, but I had always given up before I even got to the bureaucratic stuff.

Here is what my process looks like:
Prototype 1 →
Prototype 2 →
Prototype 3 →
Final Product
